Our Enhanced Care Management program offers comprehensive, person-centered care coordination designed to address the complex needs of our members. We work closely with individuals, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Our ECM services are available to CalAIM-eligible members with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs, including veterans, foster youth, justice-involved individuals, seniors, and adults with disabilities.
